Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete, and another email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items in your order may be shipped separately, especially if they are coming from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment if this occurs.
