Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Return Time Frame
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back to us within 5 calendar days of receiving return approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Custom or limited-edition items unless they arrived damaged or defective
Refunds
